How do I setup my account?
- Setup and register your account by clicking on the Log In icon in the top righthand corner of the home page.
Register with your 10x Genomics email address, emails without a 10x Genomics email address will NOT be processed.
Once you have registered your account you can shop our online store.
How do I check out and pay for my items?
I want to use my credit card:
b. Upon check-out make sure to enter your cost center in the field located on the left hand side of the checkout page.
c. If you do not know your cost center please see the first question on this page.
d. You can save your credit card for future use by checking the box next to “Save card details for next time”.
b. If you have been given a coupon code, please enter during check out.
b. Select “Offline Payment” in the payment method section and click the “Place Order” button.
c. You will receive an email from LogoBoss with a Sales Order.
d. Attach the Sales Order to your PO request in NetSuite and submit for approval.
e. Your order will be held by Logo Boss until the PO# is received.
- Some departments are locked to admin-only access - like HR and R&D for example. Please see your department admin if you need assistance.
The 10x Company Store is intended for employee use only.
It is NOT to be used for the purchase of customer gifts that are subject to regulation under federal law, including the Sunshine Act and anti-bribery laws.
Company store purchases will not be reimbursable via Concur, unless pre-approved by your department manager. A pre-approval will need to be attached to the expense report for any reimbursement submissions.
